Return & exchange policy

We offer 30 days open purchase. This means that you may cancel your purchase within 30 days from the day you received the item.
The packaging must not be opened or used. Upon return, the item must be able to be resold.

We would like to draw your attention to our policy regarding address corrections for orders. If a customer provides an incorrect address during the ordering process, resulting in a package being returned, we will charge an address correction fee of SEK 120.

It is of great importance to ensure correct delivery information for a quick and successful reception of your orders. This fee helps cover the administrative and logistical costs of correcting addresses and resending packages.

We would like to inform you of our updated policy regarding orders that are not picked up and are then returned to us. In such cases, we will charge a fee of SEK 120. This fee applies when a customer requests a refund instead of choosing to have the order shipped again.

This action helps us manage the costs of handling and restocking returned goods and ensures a smoother operation for all parties involved.

Refund Policy

Refunds are made after the item has been returned to us in unused condition. The packaging must not be opened unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If you paid with Klarna, they handle the refund.
Payments via card and Paypal are refunded to the card/Paypal account the payment came from. From the day we completed the refund, it can take up to 2 additional working days before the refund appears on the account.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before completing your order. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address from the customer, a redelivery fee of SEK 120 will be charged. Thanks for your cooperation.
